Your information, and what I do with it
I keep this simple, because it should be simple. I only ask for what I need to send you a book or answer you, and I do not sell it, rent it, or trade it to anyone.

What I collect
When you pre-order the book
My checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, a phone number if you give one, and your card details. Stripe then tells my site what was ordered and paid, and I keep a record of your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, shipping address, the amount paid, and how many copies.
I never see or store your card number. That stays with Stripe. This website does not collect or store card information at all.
When you use the contact form
You tell me what you are reaching out about, your name, your email address, your message, and whatever extra details that particular conversation asks for. That is all I get, and it comes straight to my office.
When you are simply reading the site
Optional anonymous visit measurement is off unless you turn it on. If you turn it on, it lives in that browser tab only, carries no name or email address, and loads no advertising pixels. Campaign labels in a link's address, the ones that tell me which post or email brought you here, may travel with you to checkout. They contain no name or email address either.
Why I collect it
To take your payment, to send you your confirmation and your Financial Journey Guide, to ship your signed copy to the right address, to reach you if something about your order needs sorting out, and to answer you when you write to me. Nothing else.
Who it goes to
A handful of companies help me run this. Each one only handles the part it needs to:
- Stripe takes your payment and collects your contact, shipping, and card details for it.
- Resend sends you your order confirmation and any refund confirmation.
- Supabase stores the order record so I know what to ship and where.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- At His Feet Productions builds and runs this website for me, and messages you send through the contact form arrive through their system on the way to my office.
That is the whole list. I do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
How long I keep it
I keep order records as long as I need them to fill your order, look after you afterward, and keep honest business and tax records. I keep messages you send me while we are still talking, and afterward for my own records.

Write to me at ronald@ronaldbuchananjr.com or use the contact form, and tell me what you want. I will tell you what I have, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what I am not required to keep for business and tax records.
If you bought the book, you can also simply reply to your order confirmation email. It reaches me directly.
This site is run by me, Ronald Buchanan Jr., in my own name. There is no larger company holding your information behind me.
